Cloud9Creators is developed by an individual freelancer who has worked in a variety of environments enabling a wide set of skills in her career. Her focus, dedication, emotional intelligence, professionalism, conflict resolution, proactive communication, diligence and building rapport with external customers has brought enormous success through her career and work.

She possesses a variety of proven skills supported by the quality education and certifications. She is a graduate in Bachelor of Arts, Corporate Secretary with an additional diploma in Software engineering and Certification in Software Testing.

She is a creative individual and gets passionate about developing various skills. And, to make it right, she added professional learning to her skill development, hence few more valuable certifications aligning to her interests. Additional education and certifications include - Accreditation Community Coach in Cricket Australia, Certification Introductory Level, Officiating Principles – AIS, Australia and Certification Community Coaching, General Principles – AIS, Australia.

She is a good artist by nature from childhood and has created a huge number of portfolios. There was a lifestyle reality check, why not develop her basic artistic skills couple with latest technology trends. Hence the thinking and decision and moving into Graphic designing for her.

She also ensured her interests are supported by professional education, so She ensured her output and quality of work is well received and hence continued her study in Cert3 in design fundamentals at TAFE.

A lot of what she learnt before becoming a graphic designer helped extend her more than someone who just sat at a computer with the designer skill-set. Having good phone etiquette, being able to deal with lots of different people, to communicate clearly and listen well has been really good for her, especially as a freelancer where you find yourself in many different environments.
